We had an amazing stay! What really made the experience special for our family was the care and attention given to our children at the Mini Club and Petit Club. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring with them. Our kids had so much fun every day with the activities and were always excited to go back — which gave us great peace of mind as parents.

Another highlight was the food. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. We were consistently impressed by how good everything tasted.

On top of that, the service overall was outstanding. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The entire team made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience for our family. We would absolutely love to come back!

I had a wonderful experince,the rooms were amazing and the People Who works there was really kind.In addition y think that broshi and caike are People that made the experince even better. Y algo made a friendo called maicedo Thatcher works for the security of the placer and is a really kind person.

With Club Med we always have a great time, but in Trancoso, it was more than just a great time. The people, the setting, the atmosphere and the visitors - all a bit better than normal.

A massive thank you to the incredible team of G.O.’s who provides our sons so much incredible memories for life. Tio Gigante - you are so kind and the face of Club Med. Tio Biel - without you, it’s not so much fun. Tio Pipoca - you make everyone laugh and have a great time. Tia Cochinha - great energy, thank you so much. Tia Jujuba - great seeing you again, thank you.

Lovely location and amazing staff.

I especially enjoyed my two massages by Celma at the Spa. She was excellent, very professional and attentive. I specifically asked for her for the second massage and she remembered my pain points and asks from the first one. Obrigada Celma!
