We had a fantastic time at Club Med Bintan Island! The service was top-notch and everyone, from G.O.s, bartenders, receptionists, to managers, was very smiley and helpful throughout our stay.

The activities and entertainment were also very family-friendly. We particularly enjoyed snorkelling, archery, and tennis - which were all included in the package. The circus team were also exceptional in their performances!

A special thank you to the restaurant and F&B teams for an excellent variety of food and drinks options every day. This was a birthday trip and the restaurant team even went out of their way to prepare a surprise for us, which was really thoughtful! The special themed dinners also greatly elevated our experience!

Just got back from Club Med Bintan with a huge group, and we had the absolute best time. Traveling with a big party can be a lot to handle, but the G.O. team made everything so easy and stress-free for us. The hospitality here is next level. A massive shoutout to Coco and Benz—they were total rockstars! They went completely out of their way to help us coordinate everything and made sure all of our random requests were taken care of without any hassle. They brought so much good energy and looked after every single one of us. If you’re planning a trip with a big group, this is definitely the spot. Thanks again to Coco, Benz, and the whole crew for making our trip so memorable!

I had intermediate aerial lesson with Juli. It was such a great experience. She explained to me in details, demonstrated to me, then help me to try different poses safely. The poses were not easy but we managed to do them together! Such a great and valuable experience for me! Juli's lessons has a great balance between relaxing and challenge myself. The intermediate lesson is highly recommended if you are physically pretty strong and flexible. If not, start with the beginner one first, i had the beginner lesson twice before intermediate one. Safety first!

Who went extra mile to arrange all yhe special occasions like birthdays and parties. Big shout out to Ravi, Chef Asim, Chef Francis, Sam, Arun, especially Benz who is the team leader.

Our stay did not start well. We were not happy with our room and when contacting the accommodation manager we didn’t get much help. He said we had booked a non refurbished room and that’s what it was. We then asked to change rooms which he reluctantly agreed to. The next room was worse, the safe didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t work, the toilet got blocked and the tv had no reception. These issues have nothing to do with the room not being refurbished and more of not being up to standard. There was no follow up by the accommodation manager which was very disappointing. Thankfully the room was the only issue, everything else was amazing. Mostly due to the wonderful staff and their attention to detail, most importantly the food and beverage team led by Benz. The food was always excellent and the staff continuously went above and beyond to make sure we were having the best time. No matter which restaurant we were in Benz always seemed to be there and always came and checked that we had everything we needed. We found all the food and beverage staff to be the same, nothing was ever too much trouble. We have to give a special mention to Syarif, Fairol, Nova, Trajan, Junaidi and Supri from the Terrace restaurant who made every visit special. We also have to mention Dana and Ruby from the main bar whose energy and enthusiasm were contagious. Ari in the coffee bar for ensuring every day started with the best coffee. Lani for keeping us all informed on the activities and always taking the time to chat. Then we had the water team that included Suma and Jenna who had great energy and made us feel so welcome. Last but not least Byan the tennis coach who was so enthusiastic about his sport and brought so much fun to everyday. For a holiday that started so bad ended up being one of the best holidays and this was all down to the staff mentioned. We loved it so much we will be back again mid August and can’t wait to see everyone again and have some fun. Benz and his team managed to turn a bad experience into one of the best and we can’t wait to do it again.
