The highlight of our wonderful 5 day stay was the beautiful friendly staff and the wide range of activities. You could do as much or as little as you wished.
The beach was lovely and safe and the food was fantastic too.
The evening entertainment did not disappoint - a different show every evening.
Our favourite evenings were the meals under the stars with dinner entertainment followed by dancing on the beach and even fireworks!
The whole resort had a fun friendly vibe. Thanks to Tom who gave excellent instruction and support at the trapeze, beautiful happy Mimi who encouraged me to dance, Lucky and Devi who served amazing drinks at the bar, Love, the beautiful yoga instructor, and Julien who was such a warm host and clearly paid attention to every detail, overseeing an impressive crew.
We have had a fabulous relaxing break and plan to return. Highly recommend ! "

Great holiday with amazing GO team!
5/5 • 10/04/2025The Bintan GO team is so friendly and special and never let you feel lonely or bored. They are always around for activities, meals, drinks, crazy signs and always make you feel special to have the best holiday.
The F&B team never disappoints with such a good variety of delicious western and asian flavours and amazing desserts in the restaurants and also special drinks at both bars. Thank you to Azizul and Shae for always arranging special tables for me to have meals with the GOs and Lucky for special drinks.
The sports and water sports teams were always so helpful during activities, Clarissa at Wall Climbing, Keven at fitness classes, Chase and Kyle at Golf, Athena at Archery, Rey, Leo, Anne and Edo at watersports.
The rest of the GO team that i would like to thank include Chloe, Kimi, Hayley, Mandy, Mimi, Beatriz, Zan for always spending time with me and always making me feel welcomed during my stays.

Can't wait to go again
5/5 • 10/04/2025We had such a great experience at Club Med! It was the perfect chance for my husband and me to reconnect and enjoy some time to ourselves, knowing our kids were well taken care of.
The tennis lessons were a highlight as well as other fitness classes like abs and aerial yoga. Our kids had an amazing time too and really loved the teachers. It gave us peace of mind to see how comfortable and happy they were.
One of the most special moments for us was when our daughter signed herself up for the talent show. It was such a proud moment, and I love that Club Med creates a space where kids can build confidence and try new things. The activities, like the trapeze, were a huge hit with both our kids—they haven’t stopped talking about it!
Highly recommend for families looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and great memories. Thank you, Club Med!

Amazing food and place
5/5 • 09/04/2025Staff were amazing ! Friendly and ever ready to help. It was unfortunate that it rained and was cloudy for the one and a half days we were here. Nevertheless, we did manage to do a few activities such as wall climbing, archery n badminton. Food is great. There is a good variety of cuisine to choose from.

Amazing beach - Outstanding Food
4/5 • 08/04/2025Went to Bintam Island from Singapore for a few days R&R with my young adult kids. Beautiful quiet beach, outstanding food, great spa, and friendly GOs. The Bintam golf is a must for all golfers. Fun cooking and barista classes.

Mosquitos can transmit certain viral or parastic diseases, so the use of tropical mosquito repellents for the skin and clothing is recommended.
Risk of the most dangerous form of malaria (falciparum) means that serious prevention is necessary (chemoprophylaxis and mosquito repellents). This risk concerns rural areas only, not coastal or urban areas.
As a preventive measure against bird flu, you are advised not to visit bird markets and zoos.
