Whether you are staying in one of our sun or ski resorts the check in time on the day of your arrival is from 3pm and check out time on the day of departure is at 10am, unless stipulated otherwise in your confirmation.
However, GMs can stay at the resort if their flight is later in the day, and some resorts also offer breakfast and lunch on this day. Feel free to ask our GOs at the resort to see what we can do to make your departure easier.
Yes, ski pass is included in your all-inclusive package price! Collect your ski pass at the reception desk upon arrival.
In our Asia ski resorts, your ski pass is valid from the day after arrival to the day of departure. For example, if you arrive on Tuesday and depart on Saturday, ski pass is included from Wednesday until Saturday.
The Club Med "All-Inclusive" package includes:
- Premium Accommodation: Stay in beautifully designed rooms, from Superior to Suites. Choose from a wide range of options, including interconnecting rooms, perfect for for families and friends travelling together (available at select resorts).
- Free Wi-Fi: Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi available in all rooms and throughout the resort.
- Airport transfers: Included when you book your flights with Club Med. Enjoy a seamless travel experience from start to finish.
- Activities: Enjoy a wide range of sports and activities included in your package: from tennis, to flying trapeze, archery, and more! Some activities are also available on demand at an additional cost. Ask our friendly G.O. team on-site for the full list available during your stay. - Childcare: Kids aged 4–17 can join our included age-specific clubs, run by certified childcare professionals. Childcare for little ones under 4 is also available at extra cost.
- All-day gourmet dining: Savour delicious cuisine with full-board meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Discover international and local dishes at the main restaurant or treat yourself to something special at the à la carte venue. Snacks are also available throughout the day.
- Open bar and refreshments: Enjoy a wide selection of included drinks: wine, local beer, spirits, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, barista-style coffee, fresh juices, and more. (Note: Champagne, VSOP and XO alcohols, premium spirits, and bottled drinks are available at an additional cost*.)
- Live entertainment: Unwind with live music, shows, themed nights, and performances that bring the resort to life after sunset.

- Ski lift Passes Included: valid from the day after arrival till day of departure (at our ski resorts in Asia)

All of the information related to your Club Med holiday (booking, electronic flight ticket, transportation etc.) is sent to you via email in the form of a sales contract once you have made the booking. In the event of a change in any information related to your travel documents, a new document will be sent to you.
If your booking includes flights, please have the documents with you when travelling, and present it at check-in, along with your valid travel documents (passport or identity card depending on the destination) so that the airline can issue your boarding pass.
If you made your booking via a travel agency, please contact them for any changes to reservations.
Our Discovery Day Pass gives you access to the resort’s sports, leisure, and recreation facilities, along with food and drinks, for a limited time. Passes are available for both adults and children.
You can choose between two options:
- Day Pass: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Evening Pass: 7:00 pm – 12:00 am

Yes, you can request a room upgrade after booking, subject to availability and additional charges.
If you’re a Platinum Great Member, you may be eligible for complimentary upgrades depending on your membership status and availability.

Yes, you can extend your holiday or upgrade your room once you are at the resort. Extensions are subject to availability, and charges will apply at the local rate. Full payment must be made on-site in local currency.
If you’ve booked a package including transport (air, ferry, coach, or train), extensions will also depend on seat availability and may involve additional costs.
