Kiroro Peak Japan

I had a fantastic experience at Club Med Kiroro Peak! As a beginner, I was nervous about snowboarding, but my instructor King made it easy. He was friendly, professional, and gave clear, helpful tips to improve my skills. Thanks to his guidance, I picked up snowboarding quickly. The resort is very convenient, with lockers and the slopes just outside. The food was varied and delicious, making every meal enjoyable. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and I highly recommend it!

Club med has once again made my stay and experience a very pleasant one. My ski instructor, Colin was excellent. His instructions was very clear and he is patient and encouraging helping us to improve and be safe. He took care and ensure that we feel comfortable with what we do. Mr Yutaro was very helpful and most understanding.

The Food and Beverage team was most attentive and helpful, especially Mari. She would make us feel welcome and ensure that we have our drinks.

The GO had really commit to make our stay enjoyable. Can’t be more impressed with Emily’s performance. She performed professionally and has such a warm personality.

I have been impressed and will be poking my stay with them next year.

Good things about Club Med Kiroro peak:

1. GOs are super friendly and helpful; they helped to arrange dinning booking for us with useful suggestions.
2. One of the bartenders is exceptionally helpful by creating off-menu drinks tailored to our specific requests. She had dinner with us with cheerful talks and sharings.
3. Snowboard instructor Ken was incredibly attentive and tailored his feedback perfectly to my husband's skill level. His constructive comments helped my husband improve his technique. Ken's supportive approach made learning enjoyable.

Things to be improved:

1. We were unable to store our luggage at the Club Med counter while we went to have dinner at the airport. Given our flight delay, it was quite rush to find food, and having the option to leave our bags would have been very helpful.
2. One of the snowboard instructors kept helping a class member (Chinese girl) to make video recording and did not pay much attention to the rest of us. He changed the route and went down the slope since that Chinese girl needed to meet her husband and leave the class.

This our second time at Kiroro Peak - the excellent (dry powder) snow and a great array of ski runs keeps us coming back for more. Great facilities and exceptional food. The staff are all great fun and very welcoming - feels like home during our stay. A special mention to Bryan, our excellent ski instructor - our group all benefitted from his guidance (and humour!). Booked again for next year…..
