An amazing stay at the Club Med Punta Cana.
5/5 • 17/04/2025I highly recommend you to go there – and not just for the weather 😉
Despite the huge fire that happened mid-September 2024 affecting the resort, Club Med and, most of it, the Team there made a huge effort to make our stay exceptional.
At the end of our stay, it was seriously difficult for my daughter and I to leave them.
The team was just amazing. All of them in general, but more specifically:
- Abdel (the Chef de Village) who was treating me like part of his family, an old friend.
- Virginie (Executive Chef) who talked to my heart (if not my appetite) before she went to her convention in Canada.
- Romain (Assistant Chef de Village) who was always there to make my stay exclusive if not in a great company.
- Lucile (Teenage Club) and Manon (Guest Relation) who are really cool and amazing company to share the beef Wellington 😊
- Youness (Indigo Restaurant) who was always smiling and always had a table for me when my daughter left me to her friends (most of the time).
- Sophie (Sport Terrestre) who made me do Aqua Yoga for the 1st time in my life (and not the last) and who has an incredible singing voice.
- Mathieu (Responsible des Sports) and Meaghan (Meetings & Events) who, each of them, gave a great twist to my stay.
- The Scuba Diving team who supported me every morning.
And all other GOs who made us wish to stay longer.

5/5 • 16/04/2025Yomaiga and all TEAM From the restos especially Mario , Jian Pablo & Virginie Chef, Youyou and Chef Village ROMAin, all very versatile and attentive.
We spent so much time Zen pooling, loving the entourage and delightful activities.
Played sports like never before, all ages ❤️ an advisable one

5/5 • 16/04/2025Excellent resort for a family vacation. We booked the Exclusive Collection to be farther from the construction, and it was a wonderfully quiet and relaxing.
The food was better than I was expecting.
Plenty for the kids and grownups to do (or not do!)

Spring Break 2025 at Club Med Punta Cana - would go again
5/5 • 15/04/2025Our entire family of 5 ventured to Club Med Punta Cana for the first time and had an excellent experience! If you have kids this is the place to go because the childcare hours were flexible and the staff took proper care of our kids the entire period. We were most impressed with the following people: Banana, Monica, Herla, Rose, Geralda, Betsaida, Ralph, Sa-lomé, Hindi, Ramon, Davidson, King, and Kiki. Some of the activities (non-comprehensive) were swimming, playground activities, coloring, basketball, archery, tennis, and really getting out there enjoying mother nature. I did not want my kids watching movies or in front of a screen and they were super thoughtful in their planned activities. I highly recommend Club Med Punta Cana if you have a family and looking for childcare options. For the adults we had Ramon, Alvaro, and Germaine who were our awesome tennis instructors, thank you!

Mosquitos can transmit certain viral or parasitic diseases, so the use of tropical mosquito repellents for the skin and clothing is recommended.
Risk of malaria only in certain remote zones, far from the Resort, along the Haïtian border. The risk concerns the most dangerous form of malaria (falciparum, so serious prevention is necessary (chemoprophylaxis and mosquito repellents).
A nurse is present on site.
Passport valid 6 moths aftern return date + Tourist Card required. The Tourist Card can be obtained at the Dominican Consulates or directly upon arrival at the airports in the Dominican Republic. The cost is US $10 and is valid for 30 days.
