Great experience for everyone, highly recommend
Family trip the week of Thanksgiving. We had an amazing time! The food was delicious, the rooms comfortable and the staff were wonderful! The GM Luca is a wonderful host. Our group ranged from 10 to 75 years old. We swam, snorkeled, ate, drank, danced and laughed the entire time. There was something to do for everyone.
Highly recommend the scooter tour with Jerry. He took us all over the island, showed us all the hidden gems and shared the island history. Make sure you check out the gift shop, they have a great stylist!

Shoutout to Baptiste, Benjamin, and Julia!
Great, relaxing stay here, big shoutout to Baptiste, he is the best! Helped us create a memorable trip (went out of his way to create an occasion for a family's birthday), formed genuine connections and made us feel like we were part of the Club Med family! Benjamin from the Sports team always brought the energy and Julia was also great!

What a wonderful week!
We enjoyed a wonderful week at Club Med Columbus Isle. The weather, at the end of the Atlantic Hurricane Season, wasn't perfect, but was good. The water was a beautiful turquoise blue as in the photographs you see and the sand was perfect! Much better than the texture of the sand on Negril, Jamaica's renowned Seven Mile Beach. The people at Columbus Isle were the real factor in our enjoyment of the week, none of whom exceeded our bartender at La Pinta, Jimena, in their kindness and interest in our happiness. Other bartenders Omar and Shirley were also pivotal in their contribution to our enjoyment of our time there.
If you get the chance to go on an excursion, which I generally try to avoid based on past cruise ship experiences, please take a private tour of the Island with Jerry Ferguson. He will give you such a wonderful insight in to the history and significance of San Salvador, all in the comfort of a full-sized SUV. Hats off to you, Jerry! Just ask Yannick or Samantha in the excursions office to set you up and I'm sure they will be glad to help.
She probably doesn't know how much she positively influenced our trip, but Shakan, the young lady who helped us with beach towels every day was outstanding in her level of customer service, and was a a wonderful representative of the resort. Our housekeeper for most of the week, Gena, kept our room more spotless than we are accustomed to, and made a big positive influence on our enjoyment of our time at Columbus Isle.
Sara at the reception desk and Zara, who coordinates transfers to/from the airport, also had also had significant positive impact on our visit.
Even before our arrival at Columbus Isle, Anna had contacted us to offer her services as a resource for anything we needed during our visit. She provided an excellent orientation on our first day on the island of San Salvador. It was only on our last night on the Island that we saw the "Greatest Show" performance and saw the amazing acrobatic abilities that Anna possesses that we were able to fully appreciate her contribution to Club Med. Thank you, Anna, and we hope to see you again.
