Your customer account unlocks everything you need to prepare for your Club Med holiday. Simply log in to find all the information about your stay and to pay your balance. The Facilitate your arrival service is also available, and you can pre-book special services so you do not need to think about it while on holiday.

Log in to your customer account, using your G.M® number or the email address linked to your booking.
Once logged in, you will be able to access information about your stay, pay your balance or a deposit, and add services and activities. Please note not all on-demand services and activities are available to pre-book. Our helpful G.O.s® at the resort will be able to assist with making a booking directly once you have arrived at the resort.

Resort & payment information
Access all the information about the resort and your stay.
Details of your stay
All your booking details are available under ‘Details of my stay’, including the summary of your stay, information about your arrival, your room and services and activities on site.
Find out key information about the resort by selecting ‘Link to Factsheet’, which includes details such as sports & activities, childcare services, and facilities. You will also find information about the G.O® team who will welcome you, if you click on ‘See All the G.O Team’.
Pay the total balance or a deposit
You can access and pay the balance of your stay online. In your customer account, you can:
- Pay your balance in full.
- Pay a deposit of your choice.

Can I redeem my Future Travel Credit online?
Yes, you can redeem your future travel credit online.
Simply log in to your account and follow the normal steps to book a holiday on our website. A prompt will appear to redeem your Future Travel Credit when entering traveler details. This prompt will only appear if you are logged in to your Club Med account.
Can I see my booking and future travel credit on My Account if I've book through a travel agent?
If your original booking was made through a travel agent, then you will not be able to see your credit online. To redeem your credit, you must go through your agent.
How do I change the dates of my trip?
You will need to speak to one of our travel advisors at the Call Centre on 1800 258 263 to change your dates.
Can I add on-demand services to my booking?
You can pre-book on-demand services online via your customer account. Simply log in to your account and scroll to the end of the home page to ‘My Services & Activities Onsite and Spa’. Follow the prompts and a list of experiences will appear that are available to book online.
Please note not all experiences are available to pre-book and will need to be arranged at the resort once you have checked in. Our G.Os at the Welcome Desk will be able to assist with your booking upon your arrival.
How do I add an additional guest to my booking?
You will need to speak to one of our Travel Advisors at the Call Centre on 1800 258 263 to add an additional guest.
How do I check my booking details?
Once you have logged in to your account, scroll down to ‘Manage my account’ and select ‘My stays’. There you will find your booking details including flight reference numbers.
How do I change the details of the guests?
You will need to speak to one of our Travel Advisors at the Call Centre on 1800 258 263 to change the details of your guests.
Can I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, you will need to speak to one of our Travel Advisors at the Call Centre on 1800 258 263.
Can I arrange the ‘Facilitate your arrival’ service?
Yes, you can. The Facilitate your arrival service allows you to pre-book selected activities and items so everything will be ready ahead of your arrival. This includes childcare, ski lessons, ski equipment, and an easy check-in and check-out system.
Head to the ‘Facilitate your arrival’ section on Your Account page and fill out the details.
